Xnowé is seeking a creative and trend-sensitive marketer in Malaysia (Johor, Skudai) who can turn ideas into high-converting content and help grow Xnowé's brand presence and social media influence.

In this role, you will plan content direction, create IG Story/Reels content, manage Instagram/XiaoHongShu/TikTok/Facebook, shoot and edit short-form video, and maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic while analyzing performance to drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Understanding of social media trends and content marketing.
• Good aesthetic sense and branding awareness.
• Able to use CapCut / Canva or similar editing tools.
• Passionate about filming, creating, and documenting content.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible with a proactive learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan content direction based on campaign objectives and sales goals.
• Create high-converting IG Story / Reels content.
• Assist in managing Instagram / XiaoHongShu / TikTok / Facebook.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels / Stories).
• Maintain brand visual consistency and aesthetic.
• Analyze content performance and optimize engagement & inquiries.
• Assist with booth / campaign content execution.
