Job summary

Livingstone Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Selangor seeks a proactive Content Creator to develop engaging skincare content across our digital platforms, driving brand awareness and audience engagement.

The role covers strategy & ideation, creation of high-quality videos/shorts, performance analysis, and close collaboration with Marketing and influencers. Fluency in Bahasa and English is required, with strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year in digital content creation; skincare/Beauty/FMCG preferred.
• Hands-on with CapCut, Canva, and TikTok Analytics.
• Deep knowledge of how Instagram and TikTok algorithms work.
• Proactive, strong communicator, adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluent in Bahasa and English.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Ideation: lead on research and development of creative content style and direction.
• Creation: produce high-quality videos/shorts to promote brands and campaigns.
• Improve: analyze content performance metrics and SEO trends to improve future content.
• Collaborate: work with Marketing and KOLs on content creation.
• Manage and Engage: monitor content engagement and respond to followers positively.

Must have hands‑on experience with content creator tools e.g. CapCut, Canva, Tiktok Analytics etc.

Deep knowledge on how digital platform algorithm works i.e. Instagram and Tiktok.

A proactive person with strong communication skills, versatile and able to adapt to with fast expanding and dynamic work environment.

Our content will be responsible for creating and driving content success acrossour digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess video/short generation skills to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and our GMV growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Strategy & Ideation: Take lead on research and development of creative content style and direction.
• Creation: Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos/shorts to promote brands and campaigns.
• Improve: Analyse content performance metrics (traffic, engagement) and SEO trends to improve future content.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Marketing and UGS/KOLs on content creation.
• Manage and Engage: Monitor the content on your accounts and its engagement. Engage to followers’ comments and incoming messages positively.
