Job Responsibilities:

1. 80% Video Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, as well as our website and email campaigns.
2. 20% Visual Content Creation: Create and edit visuals, such as video cover photos and graphics, for social media platforms, ensuring they are on-brand and visually engaging.
3. Collaborative Ideation: Work closely with the Social Media Specialist and marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that enhance PurelyB's online presence and align with our brand goals.
4. Trend Spotting: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, pop culture, and best practices to create relevant, engaging, and timely video and visual content.
5. Capture photography & videography at our brand & product shoots and events.
6. Creative Projects: Assist in the planning and execution of video shoots, photoshoots, and other creative projects, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
7. Performance Analysis: Assist the Social Media Specialist to analyze video and visual content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
8. On-Camera Presence: Be comfortable in front of the camera, as this role may require appearing in TikTok /Instagram videos and other social media content.

Job Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in content creation, videography, or social media content production (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome).
2. Proficient in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
3. Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for graphics and visual assets.
