Responsibilities
  1. Content Production: Responsible for planning, scriptwriting, shooting, editing of creative content (videos/text/images) for short videos promoting products.
  2. Content Strategy Execution: Responsible for formulating content seeding strategies, primarily on TikTok, implementing content creation and operation plans.
  3. In-depth analysis of viral short videos promoting products, combining platform trends and industry high-quality content examples, continuously innovating content formats and effects.
  4. Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor performance, conduct data tracking and integrated analysis (traffic, marketing, user data), ensure effectiveness, quality, and quantity of deliverables.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, with at least 1 year of experience in short video content marketing or operations. Candidates with background in personal care and beauty industry or related FMCG sectors are preferred.
  2. Excellent script planning, video production, editing skills. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in office software such as Excel and PPT for data analysis and report writing.
  3. Strong online awareness, user‑centric thinking, logical reasoning, learning ability.
  4. Familiar with content guidelines and trends of TikTok/Facebook/Instagram platforms, and possesses rich experience in video creation.
