What would you be doing:

  • Source and liaise with KOLs/influencers to promote our products and services, ensuring effective collaboration and storytelling alignment.

  • Ideate, plan, and execute video content including storyboarding, scripting, shooting (mobile videography), and editing.

  • Develop and manage social media content calendars, planning monthly launches and posting schedules across platforms.

  • Produce high-quality short-form videos (23 KOL videos per week) as part of weekly content KPIs, optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, and similar platforms.

  • Lead end-to-end video production, from concept and scripting to subtitling, editing, and final delivery.

  • Ensure all creative output aligns with the brand’s aesthetic direction and overall marketing goals; a strong portfolio match is essential.

  • Leverage tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, and creatively incorporate AI tools to streamline production workflows.

  • Stay updated with social media and industry trends (XHS, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and use performance insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in a creative or digital content role, preferably within e-commerce, media, or marketing environments.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a media or marketing agency (12 years preferred).

  • A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to produce visually compelling, brand-aligned content across platforms.

  • Ability to independently ideate, storyboard, and execute content including writing copy, creating subtitles, and managing video projects with minimal supervision.

  • Advanced skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, with confidence in using AI-based creative tools to enhance efficiency.

  • Strong visual storytelling abilities, combined with excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (XHS, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), and the ability to analyze basic performance to improve future content strategies.

  • Experience working with or maintaining a KOL/influencer network.

  • A confident communicator with strong critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset.

  • A proactive, fast learner who is adaptable, creative, and eager to grow in a dynamic team environment.
