Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Perform cleanroom environmental surveys and area buy-offs, including velocity checks, airborne particle counts and surface contamination sampling.
• Conduct routine and event-driven sampling of equipment, process tools, and materials to verify cleanliness and compliance with contamination control standards.
• Measure and analyze process samples to monitor for particulate or molecular contamination.
• Execute routine buy-off sampling to qualify cleanroom areas and equipment for operation.
• Enforce cleanroom protocol compliance, including gowning procedures and contamination prevention practices.
• Handle and sample cleanroom indirect materials to meet contamination control requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, sampling results, and buy-off records per SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investigations and drive continuous improvement in contamination control practices.
