Job summary

A leading call center service provider is seeking candidates for an inbound call center role in Kuala Lumpur. The position requires proficiency in Mandarin and English, mainly servicing customers from Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and Bermuda. Candidates must be willing to work rotational shifts and handle both sales and service inquiries. Qualifications

• Proficient in speaking in Mandarin and English.
• Comfortable assisting local and international customers.
• Able to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls for services and sales targeting Malaysia and Singapore.
• Handle service calls for Australia and Bermuda primarily for complaints.
• Work five days a week with two consecutive rest days.

Job description

• This will be for inbound call centre for services and sales especially for Malaysia and Singapore market
• Australia and Bermuda also handling inbound call but more into services and complaints

Technical Requirements:

• Proficient in speaking in Mandarin and English
• Able to work on a rotational shift, weekend and public holidays if assigned to work on that day – Shift will be fix for every 3 months with 24hours rotation with 11 gazetted PH
• 5 working days per week with 2 consecutive rest day off – Rest day can be on weekend or weekdays
• Comfortable to speak and assists both, local and international customers coming from Singapore, Australia & Bermuda
