Responsibilities
  • Timely, professional and accurate reply to all incoming enquiries and complaints about credit report and information received via email and other formats.
  • Attend to enquiries and complaints within stipulated timeline.
  • Work cross-functionally and interact regularly with internal stakeholders in a positive and expedited manner.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders to best resolve the enquiries and complaints.
  • Perform basic administration and data entry into company’s Case Management System to record daily activities.
  • Track, monitor and create timely reports that include analysis and tracking across customer enquiries.
  • Customer-centric, willing to go to the extra mile to optimize customer experience.
  • Customer Service/ Call centre experience (will be an added advantage)
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
  • Flexible and patient character to handle different behavior of customer enquiries.
  • To perform all ad-hoc task assigned by Superior, Manager and Head of Department.
REQUIREMENT
  • Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in related fields or equivalent.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and/or Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed and process-oriented person
  • Ability to work independently
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate and data entry skills.
