Join as a Management Consultant – Analyst to support organizational and people advisory projects in a hybrid work environment.

Your role
  • Support Senior Consultants and Directors in delivering people and organization solutions including organization design, workforce planning, total rewards, and career frameworks
  • Assist in executing small project tasks and client deliverables, learning project management fundamentals
  • Participate in market research and proposal development to help grow the Advisory business and win new clients
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, contributing ideas and learning from experienced colleagues
  • Develop consulting skills through training, mentoring, and hands-on project experience
  • Embrace a flexible hybrid work setting, balancing remote and office work
  • Engage with colleagues through team events and continuous learning opportunities
About you
  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, corporate environments, or related fields
  • Previous internship experience(s) is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in actuarial science, engineering, business, arts, or related fields are a plus
  • Strong interest in organizational strategy, people management, and business consulting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and present ideas effectively
