The role involves providing consultancy for onshore and offshore wind projects, supporting all project phases, and ensuring effective project implementation. Candidates should have over 10 years of hands-on experience in wind projects and strong consulting skills. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and is suitable for both locals and expats.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience.
• Strong experience within Wind projects (ideally onshore and offshore).
• SEA projects experience.
• Consulting and Project management skills with strong technical ability.
• Experienced in a consultancy environment with client-facing ability.

Project Manager - Wind Power (onshore / offshore)

• Permanent position
• Based in Manila
• Local or Expats (SEA Wind project experience required)

The role

• Provide consultancy to clients for onshore and offshore wind projects in the Philippines and other SEA countries
• Lead level position
• Support in all project phases, like concept and feasibility phase, tender (RFP) preparation and tender phase, bid clarification, evaluation and contract negotiation
• Progress monitoring during project implementation
• Perform trips and site visits in the different project phases, as required

Requirements

• 10+ years hands on experience
• Strong experience within Wind projects (ideally onshore and offshore)
• SEA projects experience
• Consulting and Project management skills with strong technical ability
• Experienced in a consultancy environment with client facing ability
