A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee technical standards and site management in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. The role focuses on establishing construction SOPs, ensuring QA/QC excellence, and addressing technical risks. Ideal candidates will have 8-10 years in construction with strong abilities in blueprint reading and knowledge of PAM Contracts and QLASSIC standards. Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience in construction, with 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong ability in blueprint reading and construction contract knowledge.
• Proven track record in managing site teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Site Managers; review technical drawings for potential issues.
• Develop and document Construction Standards & Method Statements.
• Implement and audit QA/QC procedures based on QLASSIC standards.
• Review Work Programs and manage essential reporting.
• Identify site risks and provide cost-effective solutions.
