• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in construction site work.
• CIDB Green Card holder.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Able to work confidently in a site environment, including outdoor and hot conditions.
• Physically fit and able to handle site demands.
• Experience dealing with and managing foreign workers.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Willing to self-learn and adapt to site requirements.
• Able to work under pressure and meet timeline-driven targets.
• Strong communication skills with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
• Responsible, self-motivated, mature, and technically sound in decision-making.
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
• Willing to travel and be based at various project sites across Malaysia.
• Knowledge or experience in plumbing works will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily site operations.
• Oversee delivery, handling, usage, and proper storage of materials at the site.
• Ensure full compliance with Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental (QSHE/OSHE) standards and site safety requirements.
• Execute construction works in accordance with approved drawings, project schedules, and work plans.
• Coordinate closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and relevant parties on construction and technical matters.
• Manage manpower, materials, tools, and daily site activities to meet project timelines.
• Supervise site workers to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
• Monitor project progress, prepare updates, identify issues early, and take corrective actions promptly.
• Assist in supervising plumbing-related works where applicable (added advantage).
• Ensure the welfare, discipline, and well-being of all workers on site.
