Job description

To create safety awareness and carry out safety meeting (Tool Box Meetings)

Safety training to existing employees and new employees, including all Project staff

Induction and Meeting Records on Project, Company HSE Safety Plan and Policy To implement all procedures and practices as stipulated in the company’s policy including. Safety and ISO To provide assistance for safety before and during internal/external’s audit.

Ensuring all related documents at site is updated from time to time.

To implement and monitor aspect of Safety Management System activities in the workplace Inspects each phase of work to determine if HSE standards are met.

Minimize Site Observation Reports (SOR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)

Take pro‑active measures to identify hazard, assess the risk and then implement suitable control measures to eliminate all dangers. To ensure Project Staff and Employees comply to the requirements of the Safety Management System which outlined their responsibilities and commitments.

Review all HIRARC and Job Hazard Analysis before its execution.

Maintain pertinent information on Emergency Response Plan (ERP). Ensure the relevant communication information is distributed to the responsible party.

Check effectiveness of ERP with periodic ‘Mock‑Up’ exercise.

To observe and/or maintain a diary detailing safety activity(s), hazardous works, housekeeping, safety instruction, etc. in place. Compile and submit NADOOPOD, JKKP 8, Monthly Safety & Health Report to relevant parties involved and HQ.

Submission of Monthly Safety Report and Safety Statistic record for DOSH and HQ record.

Health & Safety Compliance Ensuring workers are following health and safety guidelines

Correct PPE and safety measures at various work requirements compliance.

Ensuring housekeeping and correct disposal of waste materials

Minimize Site Observation Reports (SOR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
