• Ensure safety, schedule, budget and quality per drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor site activities to meet programme and schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities on site matters.
• Supervise site personnel and workers.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, method statements.
• Monitor progress, delays, risks, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Maintain proper site records and daily progress updates.
• Attend site meetings and report on construction progress and actions.
• Ensure safety compliance with Malaysian OSH regulations.
