Job summary

A manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Purchasing Executive to manage daily operational purchasing activities. The role involves resolving vendor issues, issuing and following up on purchasing orders, and coordinating the delivery of goods. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in any field, along with 1-3 years of experience. Proficiency in the Autocount system and MS Office is preferred. This is a full-time permanent position.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, or Professional certificate in any field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in the related field (fresh graduates are welcomed).
• Knowledge of Autocount system and experience in the construction field is an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality, hardworking, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• In charge of daily operational purchasing.
• Resolve supply, quantity, service, and invoicing issues with vendors.
• Issue and follow up on Purchasing Order (PO) delivery schedule.
• Update records for machinery rental and related assets.
• Manage transportation and coordinate between site and transporter.
