The Opportunity
Role

In this role you will:

  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to construction and handover.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource plans; proactively manage risks and changes.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
  • Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners.
  • Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed.

  • Have significant construction project management preferably within life sciences or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, cleanroom standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track records in managing large-scale, complex projects in a consultancy setting.
  • Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one.
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused.
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
