Job summary

Miclebina Properties Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager from planning to completion. You will prepare and manage project documentation, liaise with government agencies, and monitor site progress to ensure timelines and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred), at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in project execution, engineering or coordination.
• Familiarity with government liaison processes and documentation handling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in paperwork and project tracking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is a plus.
• Languages: Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin; Mandarin preferred for liaison with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to manage and coordinate project activities from planning to completion.
• Prepare and manage project-related documentation, reports, and filing systems.
• Liaise with government agencies, consultants, and contractors for approvals.
• Monitor site work progress and support project execution on-site when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, updates and project tracking.
