We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the CSA scope of a major data centre development in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full‑time, site‑based role requiring deep technical expertise and hands‑on leadership across civil, structural, and architectural works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end CSA delivery for a hyperscale data centre project
• Oversee piling, civil works, and buried underground services
• Manage site execution, safety, quality, and program performance
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders
• Uphold high standards of governance, reporting, and client service

Key Requirements

• Proven CSA Project Director experience on large‑scale construction projects
• Strong hands‑on background in piling and civil works
• Experience with buried underground services
• Prior data centre project experience is essential
• APAC / SEA regional project exposure
• Full‑time site‑based commitment in Kuala Lumpur
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English required
