Job description

Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Oversee site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with project plans.

Lead, coordinate, and motivate on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.

Budget and Cost Management

Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Approve and track project invoices, change orders, and purchase orders.

Scheduling and Planning

Develop, update, and monitor project schedules to ensure adherence to timelines.

Identify potential delays and implement corrective measures promptly.

Regulatory Compliance and Safety

Ensure all construction activities comply with Malaysian building codes, local regulations, and environmental standards.

Enforce workplace health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.

Quality Assurance

Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications and standards.

Address and resolve quality issues or discrepancies promptly.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders.

Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records, including progress reports, permits, and documentation required for handover.

Prepare reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and any issues requiring attention.

Language requirements:

Mandarin (Preferable)
