Scope & Planning: Define and manage project parameters, including budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Site Management: Identify and resolve discrepancies between tender documents and actual site conditions.

Risk Mitigation: Proactively assess and address potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Budget Analysis: Estimate risk/change budgets and effectively communicate impacts to top management.
