Construction Manager (Civil & Architecture) - Johor

Project Oversight: Guide the overall execution of projects, ensuring technical excellence and smooth progress.

Scope & Planning: Define and manage project parameters, including budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Site Management: Identify and resolve discrepancies between tender documents and actual site conditions.

Risk Mitigation: Proactively assess and address potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Budget Analysis: Estimate risk/change budgets and effectively communicate impacts to top management.

Stakeholder Relations: Manage expectations and align various stakeholders on necessary project changes.

Change Control: Implement and oversee project changes, ensuring corrective actions are taken when needed.

Project Delivery: Drive timely and cost-effective completion of projects while meeting all requirements.

Handover Process: Supervise project handover, ensuring all deliverables are completed and properly signed off.
