PC Installation & Contracting Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Construction Manager and Project Manager for our Sepang site. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency, while leading a motivated, high-performing team. Job Responsibilities

Ensure overall project delivery in terms of time, quality, cost, and resource optimization.

Plan and define construction methods, schedules, and pre-construction activities in agreement with consultants, architects, and clients.

Ensure full compliance with QESH, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety requirements, including hazard identification and risk assessment.

Monitor project progress, cost, and timelines continuously and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Manage project documentation, measurements, variation orders, accounts, and ensure accurate cost coding and delivery order records.

Liaise with authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and manage subcontractor performance to maintain project schedule.

Lead, organize, and provide direction to the project team, including supervision, verification of works, and other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, and/or Professional Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Construction, Engineering, or relevant discipline.

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry, including all aspects of process development and execution, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Experience managing at least 5 full project life cycles as a Project Manager/Construction Manager.
