Job description

Assist the Project Manager in organizing, planning, and setting targets for construction activities in line with the construction work program to ensure effective resource allocation.

Communicate objectives, targets, and working procedures clearly to site staff.

Supervise project and site teams, monitor and track progress, and provide quality assurance, status updates, and financial reports. Deliver regular updates to management and immediate supervisors to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Monitor compliance with project requirements, including tracking the progress of internal services (e.g., engineering, procurement) and contractual obligations.

Ensure that quality records are created and maintained to meet quality standards.

Enforce compliance with site safety and health rules, policies, and work instructions to meet the company's quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

10+ years of relevant construction site experience.

Data center construction experience is a plus.

Strong understanding of construction operations and processes.

Practical knowledge in project plan development and implementation.
