About the Role

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be providing personalized guest assistance to ensure every guest enjoys convenience and comfort throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive first and last impression by welcoming and assisting guests.
  • Provide accurate information and arrange services e.g. local tours, dining experience and transportation upon requests.
  • Assist guests with vehicles and luggage handling, ensuring timely delivery and collection.
  • Maintain proper records for all guest deliveries and requests.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
  • Experience in Rooms Division in sizable Hotels will be an advantage.
  • Responsible, customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated team player.
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Willing to work on shifts.
