Job summary

A leading workforce solutions provider in Selangor is seeking a Compliance Associate. This role involves coordinating compliance initiatives, training staff on policies, and performing data analytics to support compliance strategies. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Business, or related fields and at least 3 years of relevant experience in compliance or analytics. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This position offers a one-year renewable contract.

Location: Petaling Jaya

Contract duration: 1 year (RENEWABLE)

Major Responsibilities

Collaborate and Coordinate Affiliate’s Compliance Steering Committee meetings, take minutes and follow‑up on agreed actions.

Accomplish monitoring implementation and remediation plans; to assist areas of opportunity, root causes, preventive, corrective measures and completion of the same.

Follow up on deviations concerning potential non‑compliance matters related to the Code of Business Conduct and other Compliance Policies and Guidance.

Generate and maintain training strategies to keep all relevant functions of the company trained on Compliance Policies and Code of Business Conduct. Follow up certifications in Code of Business Conduct and other courses including Online Trainings and also local training programs.

Assist with data analytics for the regions. Support with risk assessment, perform trend analysis and suggest best practice recommendations. Act as the center of excellence for the Asia Region Affiliates.

Provide operational excellence and recommendation to streamline processes to achieve agility.

Assist Affiliates with Audit Preparation.

Assist Area in promoting compliance awareness and messaging. Able to think outside of the box and provide creative ideas.

Partners with all levels of key affiliate divisional business functions to:

  • Provide basic and routine Ethics & Compliance advice
  • Coordinate, manages and interprets policies, procedures and practices across the affiliate
  • Organize ethics and compliance records, documents and files and maintain document databases
  • Help to assist/update and upload the latest info to the compliance website –website management

Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Help edit and update local policies as directed
  • Involve in quarterly monitoring exercise
  • Working along with various stakeholders on sample selection
  • Involve on Global Quality Control exercise and conduct reporting
  • Assist with maintenance of compliance website - update agreement, announcements and etc.
Position Accountability / Scope

Operates within well‑defined expectations with supervision and guidance from Asia Compliance Director. Where needed support Affiliate Head of Compliance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Finance, Business, Accounting, Legal or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Candidates with 3 years or more experience
  • Experience in training, monitoring, audit or analyitcs
  • Strong user of Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI and etc
