Qualifications

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia is required.
• Certified healthcare assistants would be a priority.
• Experience in a hospital setting is an advantage.
• Able to converse fluently and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Have interpersonal and communication skills.
• Caring, honest, and responsible worker.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic nursing care aligned with hospital goals.
• Notify nursing leaders of quality-impacting situations.
• Take ward reports and assist Unit Manager or Senior RN.
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and communicate with patients and families.
• Assist in transporting patients to and from the operating theatre.
• Distribute specimens to laboratory and collect results.
• Maintain ward cleanliness and stock levels; manage equipment and supplies.
• Support 5S, infection control, and safety policies.
