Job description

Provide expert advice: Guide clients on statutory compliance, corporate structure, governance practices, and secretarial matters.

Manage diverse portfolios: Oversee corporate secretarial work for local and international companies, including incorporations, structural changes, and dissolutions.

Ensure regulatory compliance: Maintain and update statutory records in accordance with various acts and regulations, including the Companies Act 2016 and Bursa Malaysia's Listing Requirements.

Drive corporate governance: Monitor and execute statutory reporting and filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Support board activities: Assist in organizing and coordinating Board Meetings, AGMs, and EGMs, ensuring full compliance with statutory obligations.

Foster client relationships: Manage client onboarding, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term engagement through proactive communication.

Lead and develop your team: Oversee the work of two Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output.
