A corporate services company in Melaka is seeking a Company Secretary / Senior Secretarial Assistant to assist with corporate governance and compliance. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in secretarial work, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This position entails handling secretarial duties, preparing meeting documentation, and interacting with various divisions.
We are a company located in Melaka providing company secretarial, support in bookkeeping, administrative and also insurance services as an insurance agent to our Group of Companies with its principal activities consisting of investment holding, property rental, oil palm production, bird nest harvesting, property development and property management.
