A local business in Malaysia is seeking a Company Secretary to manage statutory compliance and secretarial duties. The ideal candidate should possess a Professional Certificate or equivalent and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. This role offers a five-day work week in Bukit Jalil, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Experience with MyCoID, MBRS and e-BOS for SSM online submission.
Prepare, arrange and timely lodgement of statutory documents, annual returns and other secretarial matters in accordance with the requirements of Companies Act 2016 and other authorities.
Prepare directors and members resolution, minutes of meeting and other secretarial documents.
Prepare, submit and make payment for stamp duty.
Handling customers or potential customers enquiries and concerns.
Maintain statutory books, register books secretary records.
Liaise with external parties such as other secretary firms, auditors, local authorities and others.
