Job description
Your work scope includes mainly:
  • To prepare board and members' resolutions or minutes,
  • To prepare annual returns, and other statutory documents to the Companies Registry in HK, BVI, Cayman Islandsand Malaysia;
  • To liaise and respond to clients’ requests and queries regarding corporate secretarial matters on a timely basis and maintain good relationship with clients;
  • To attend meetings;
  • To prepare fee quotation and follow up actions with clients;
  • To assist with any other secretarial matters; administrative and special assignments

  • degree in Accounting, Corporate Secretarial, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin. Cantonese will be an added advantage;
