Job summary

A chartered secretary company in Johor Bahru is seeking a motivated candidate to assist with company secretarial matters and provide administrative support. Responsibilities include preparing documents, filing, and answering customer inquiries. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office and communicate well in English and Bahasa Malay.   • Prepare and execute company secretarial matters or documents for clients.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, mailing, scanning, and copying.
  • Maintain and update the database regularly.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondences, reports, drafts, resolutions and emails.
  • Assist in running errands to government offices when required.
