Responsibilities

• Provide transportation support to the CEO.

Job description

1.1 Provide transportation support to Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

1.2 Reporting to the CEO’s house and offices.

1.3 Operates assigned vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.

1.4 Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the assigned vehicle.

1.5 Responsible for sending vehicles for service on a timely basis.

1.6 Present at all places punctually all time as directed by the CEO during working hours, and on stand-by time slot as designated by on-call schedule.

1.7 Conduct route checks, fuel inventory checks and vehicle maintenance checks.

1.8 To handle errands or/and dispatch duties which include but not limited to, collection and sending of documents, assisting in bills settlement, banking matters and other related matters as assigned by CEO.

1.9 Perform any other duties as required by Management from time to time.
