Job description

Responsible for daily pick up and drop off employees as well as airport transfers for clients safely and on time.

Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other company materials as needed.

Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and fueled.

Perform routine checks on the vehicle’s condition (oil, tire pressure, lights, etc.).

Schedule regular vehicle servicing and report any mechanical issues immediately.

Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.

Comply with traffic laws, company policies, and procedures.

Assist with other administrative or logistical tasks when necessary.
