We’re looking for a Community Marketing Growth Manager to build and grow our client’s professional communities across the client’s groups of companies. These communities include business leaders, journalists, subject matter experts, and other professionals. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for driving lead generation, engagement, retention, and nurturing within both our free and paid communities. You’ll combine strong organizational skills with a people‑first approach, using digital tools and platforms to foster vibrant, high‑value communities.

What You’ll Do
  • Attract, engage & grow communities within the client’s group of companies via multiple channels.
  • Promote retention and upselling within free and paid member groups.
  • Plan and run events (virtual and in‑person) to activate and connect members.
  • Own community campaigns such as newsletters and targeted messaging through various communication tools.
  • Support prospect nurturing by working with Marketing and Sales to convert leads into active members/customers.
  • Brief content creators (internal team, freelancers, or AI tools) to produce high‑impact community and marketing assets.
  • Measure and track performance to keep us moving toward growth targets.
  • Manage and respond to customer chat messages.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in community management, digital marketing, or customer engagement.
  • Strong skills in organizing and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analytical mindset for measuring and optimising various campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and AI tools.
  • A natural people‑connector who enjoys sparking conversations and building relationships.
  • Comfortable with briefing and coordinating content creators; bonus if you can use AI tools when needed.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset — happy to contribute ideas, while executing at a high standard.
  • Experience in SaaS, community‑driven businesses or event management is an advantage.
Remuneration
