What You’ll Do

• Organize impactful events—online and offline—to connect with women in the community and promote financial empowerment.
• Assist in the BETA launch of our platform, helping to engage users, gather feedback, and build a strong community.
• Help educate women about wealth opportunities, such as AI digital banking, investment tools, and financial literacy.
• Foster a community of women who are eager to learn and grow their financial knowledge, particularly in the area of AI technology.
• Develop community-driven campaigns that inspire, motivate, and provide actionable financial advice to women.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the user experience and engagement, with a special focus on women and their financial needs.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in community building or event management, preferably with a focus on empowering women or working in similar industries.
• A people-centric individual with a passion for engaging and connecting with others, especially women.
• Event planning experience—comfortable organizing and leading both online and offline events.
• A strong desire to educate women and help them access and understand financial opportunities, especially in AI technology and investment.
• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to engage and inspire others effectively.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with community platforms (e.g., Slack, Discord, etc.).
• Knowledge or interest in AI, Fintech, or Wealth-tech industries.
• Social media marketing or content creation skills to help raise awareness and grow the community.
