Overview

Job Title: Community Executive

As a Community Executive, you’ll take a lead role in shaping the WORQ experience — balancing operations excellence with community engagement. You’ll be hands-on in daily front desk and facility matters, while also spearheading initiatives that connect members, drive satisfaction, and strengthen our coworking culture. This is a people-first, operationally grounded role ideal for someone who loves to both host and hustle.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Experience
  • Oversee the member and guest experience at the outlet — from first impressions to daily service quality.
  • Guide and support Community Associates to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Anticipate member needs, resolve issues efficiently, and uphold WORQ’s hospitality culture.
  • Conduct workspace tours and support the sales team with leads and inquiries.
Operations & Facility Management
  • Oversee workspace readiness, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Coordinate with vendors and building management on maintenance and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational SOPs.
  • Manage reporting on operational performance, occupancy, and member feedback.
Community Building & Events
  • Plan and execute member onboarding, engagement activities, networking sessions, and internal events.
  • Build meaningful connections with members to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote events and partnerships.
  • Gather and act on member feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.
Team Collaboration & Ad Hoc Tasks
  • Work closely with Outlet teammates to ensure daily operations flow smoothly.
  • Contribute ideas and leadership to enhance outlet performance and member loyalty.
  • Support cross-department initiatives and contribute to community growth projects.
  • Assist with general ad hoc tasks as and when required.
