What You’ll Do
Commercial Planning & Strategy
- Develop and manage annual commercial plans integrating marketing and sales objectives.
- Support budget planning and target setting by category, channel, and product line.
- Identify new growth opportunities through data-driven market analysis.
Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to build accurate forecasts.
- Track sales performance, analyze gaps, and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Develop revenue and pricing plans that drive profitability.
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and launches aligned with commercial goals.
- Measure marketing ROI and ensure activities deliver tangible business impact.
- Coordinate cross-functional input for go-to-market strategies.
Business & Commercial Analytics
- Drive data-led decision-making across functions using dashboards and insights.
- Analyze performance trends to optimize sales, marketing, and retail efficiency.
- Lead digital and data transformation initiatives to improve business intelligence.
Data Custodian & Transformation
- Manage the accuracy and automation of big data across marketing and sales ecosystems.
- Oversee data platforms, taxonomy, and martech tools for seamless analytics.
- Build a unified data hub for real-time performance tracking and forecasting.
What We’re Looking For
- MBA or Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in commercial planning, business strategy, or marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with P&L understanding.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data tools (SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, QlikView, Firebase).
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, QSR, or F&B industries is a strong advantage.
