We are hiring a Commercial Finance Analyst for a 1-year contract role based in Malaysia or Philippines, supporting regional countries. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys a balance of financial analysis and business partnering in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of budgets and analysis of variances.
• Assist with weekly pipeline reporting and preparation of sales decks for pipeline meetings.
• Support tax filing and relief applications as required.
• Assist in client contract reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Monitor overdue items, identify underlying issues, and provide regular reporting.
• Escalate and follow up on long outstanding balances to ensure timely resolution.
• Support internal and external audits when required.
• Handle ad-hoc finance and business support tasks as assigned.

• Degree in Accounting/Finance with 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across regional teams
