Job summary

A global engineering firm in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, consultancy, or developer-related roles.
• Communicate well with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit progress claims and related documents on time.
• Attend meetings and follow up with consultants on certifications.
• Ensure timely payment by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Support in agreements and resolve final accounts within 3 months.
• Use SAP for invoicing, VO input, and reconciliation.
• Provide contract advice and support, including claims evaluation.
• Manage banker’s guarantees and performance bonds.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers for project insurance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory submissions.
• Maintain regular reporting and database updates.
