Job summary

A high-tech corporate venture in Malacca is seeking an individual to manage business agreements and contract compliance. The ideal candidate will coordinate Purchase Order reviews and ensure adherence to contractual requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This role offers the opportunity to work in the aerospace and composite industries and support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage business agreements or contracts awarded to the company.
• Coordinate and conduct Purchase Order (PO) review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions.
• Act as the company’s liaison with the customer for awarded programs.
• Cooperate with the New Business team on contract initiation tasks.
• Participate with the Program team in achieving goals.
• Enforce compliance to company policies and regulations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other relevant qualification

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage business agreements or contracts awarded to the company, as assigned by the department head, including execute any commercial activities, tasks and assignments throughout the life of the contract.
• Coordinate and conduct Purchase Order (PO) review meeting upon receipt of PO from customers.
• Ensure that all contractual terms and conditions and requirements within the business agreement, PO and statement of work are complied with, executed and monitored accordingly.
• Act as the company’s liaison with Customer for awarded program/project/PO as assigned by the department head.
• Cooperate with the New Business team on new contract initiation tasks.
• Participate with the Program team in achieving program/project and company goals.
• Enforce the use of and compliance to company procedures, policies, rules, and regulations within the department.
