Job Responsibilities
Drive Commercial Excellence Key Processes
- Sales Incentive Plan (targets, cross-selling handshakes, monitor performance metrics and tabulate sales achievements)
- Platforming and coverage campaign
- Sales & Marketing alignment, automation and efficiency
Operationalize Country Sales Strategy
- Translate strategic objectives into operational plan
- Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Drive sales organization transformation
- Targeted Account Handshake
Build Competencies, Boost Trainings and Grow Communities
- Consultative Selling/Coaching & Account Planning
- Software & Sustainability
Strengthen Cadences, Reports and Tools
- Quarterly Business Review, Pipeline Review, etc.
- Identify areas of improvements within internal processes, run analysis and drive workflow changes
- Build, maintain and share internal and external analysis ad-hoc and defined periods with relevant stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree and above
- At least 6 years relevant work experience in technology-enabled sales, marketing or business development roles with focus on transformation.
- Operational excellence mind-set and experience
- Ability to multitask and manage portfolio of cross-functional projects within the program - work prioritization, planning, collaboration, and management.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
- Analytical, and data-driven with excellent problem-solving skills. Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.
- Pro-active, entrepreneurial, innovative and self-motivated
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) & presentation skills
- Demonstrate good personal and project leadership & management, including the ability to positively challenge in a solution finding framework
- Ability to think both strategically and operationally to drive closed loop execution
- Ability to simplify and clarify complex issues to broad and diverse audiences and to influence
Remuneration:
Up to MYR 20,000
