Let’s Talk About the Role

Location: PJ, Malaysia

Department: Commercial – Revenue Growth Management

What You’ll Do
  • Support the commercial team in regular reviews of business performance and driving actionable insights.
  • Assist the commercial planning and sales teams in ad hoc and project analyses; synthesize information from multiple sources into meaningful insights and convey the message through clear visualization.
  • Lead brand pack mix analysis to ensure and drive profitable growth.
  • Review commercial terms alignment to OBPPC strategy and regularly monitor and review OBPPC performance.
  • Ensure alignment of sales and marketing with DFR investment guidelines and develop DFR visibility for key stakeholders. Flag any deviations between desired investment areas and actual investments.
  • Manage and optimize trade spend and promotion effectiveness, as well as ROI per region, channel, customer, brand, and SKU. Evaluate promotion strategies and conduct post-promotion evaluations, providing feedback to sales and marketing.
What You Bring
  • Ideally 1-2 years of related experience, open to fresh graduate.
  • Strong analytical skills. Capable to read between the many lines of complex databases to extract meaningful insight by spotting trends and opportunities.
  • Proficient in identifying trends and correlations within extensive and intricate datasets.
  • Effective in data storytelling, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Nielsen and Power BI is preferred.
  • Understanding of P&L structure is advantageous.
  • Ability to quickly learn in a dynamic environment and adapt to various ad hoc requests.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Open to 1 year contract (Renewable).
