Job summary

A leading inspection and certification company in Bintulu is seeking a candidate to assist operations with report generation, invoicing, and adherence to health and safety policies. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in administration and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. This role involves monitoring daily progress reports, data entry, and performing additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist operations in generating reports/certificates and invoicing.
  • Monitor and generate daily progress report to clients.
  • Keeping of necessary statistics reports required by his/her superior.
  • Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management.
  • Tying/issuing/recording of inspection reports / certificate.
  • Data entry of client’s details for invoicing purposes.
  • Preparation of invoices for approval.

Job Description
  • Assist operations in generating reports/certificates and invoicing.
  • Monitor and generate daily progress report to clients.

  • Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
