Job description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cards Product Manager to lead the development, management, and growth of the Bank's Commercial Card portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen across commercial banking, hands-on experience managing commercial card products, and a deep understanding of the needs of corporate, SME, and distribution business segments.

Proven experience in commercial card product management is essential. Candidates with exposure to both Corporate Cards and Distribution Cards will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end management of the Commercial Card portfolio, including product strategy, development, enhancement, pricing, and performance management.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned to business objectives and market opportunities.
• Drive portfolio growth through increased acquisition, activation, spend, and client retention.
• Monitor product profitability, performance, and customer usage trends, recommending enhancements where necessary.
• Identify opportunities to expand card adoption across SME, Mid-Market, and Corporate customer segments.
• Develop business cases and product propositions to address evolving client needs.

Distribution Card Product Management

• Manage and enhance Distribution Card solutions targeted at distributor ecosystems.
• Leverage knowledge of key industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and supply chain businesses to partner with sales and relationship teams to develop value propositions that address distributor and dealer network requirements.
• Understand distributor payment flows, procurement processes, and working capital challenges.

Corporate Card Product Management

• Manage Corporate Card products supporting travel, entertainment, procurement, and expense management needs.
• Develop product features, controls, rewards propositions, and digital capabilities to improve customer experience and competitiveness.
• Work closely with large corporate clients to gather feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Marketing teams to deliver product initiatives.
• Engage external partners, payment schemes, and fintech providers where required.
• Present product performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments within commercial payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Commercial Card Product Management.
• Proven experience developing, launching, managing, or growing Commercial Card products.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking and payments ecosystems. Strong commercial business acumen and an understanding of working capital, payments, expense management, procurement, and business financing needs.
• Experience managing Corporate Card products and card portfolio performance.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver product initiatives.

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of distributor ecosystems, dealer financing, and FMCG distribution models.
• Experience working with SME and commercial banking clients.
• Familiarity with card economics, portfolio management, spend growth strategies, and customer engagement programs.
