Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Collection Officer in Subang Jaya to connect with customers, assess needs, and offer suitable payment solutions. If you are confident, goal-oriented, and enjoy problem solving, we want to hear from you!

You will handle follow-ups, payment arrangements, and maintain records while aiming to meet collection targets. The position requires SPM and above, with experience in collections or related fields, and bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification with exp in collections, credit control, debt recovery, or customer service.
• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting and related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Able to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments through calls, messages, and emails.
• Assist customers with payment arrangements and resolve payment-related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and collection activities.
• Monitor assigned accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
• Achieve assigned collection targets and prepare regular reports.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure compliance with company policies.
