Job summary

Nueratec Manufacturing Sdn Bhd seeks a skilled CNC Milling operator to set up multi-axis machines and ensure production readiness. You will install tools, fixtures, and workpieces, perform first-piece inspection, and maintain tooling offset data. Adherence to safety and quality standards is essential.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining machine readiness, and documenting setup procedures and WI. Experience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Set up CNC Milling machines in line with production schedules.
• Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling is preferred and advantageous.
• Install cutting tools, fixtures and workpieces.
• Perform first-piece inspection before production.
• Set machine offsets and tool wear compensation.
• Troubleshoot setup and machining issues.
• Ensure machines are properly maintained and ready for production.
• Maintain setup records and WI documentation.
• Follow company safety and quality procedures.

2. Hands-on experience in setting up 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
