Keisha Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in the automotive engineering operations, responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality automotive components.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and write CNC programs to control the operation of CNC machines, ensuring efficient and precise manufacturing of automotive parts
  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications to determine the most appropriate machining processes and programming requirements
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
  • Constantly monitor the CNC machining process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of production data, programs, and machine performance
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in the automotive engineering industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of CNC programming, including experience with CAD/CAM software and ability to write G-code and M-code programs
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical‑thinking skills to troubleshoot and optimise CNC machining processes
