Job summary

Malaysian Die-Casting Industries is seeking a maintenance technician with hands-on experience in electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems along with basic CNC maintenance. The role requires a diploma or technical certificate and basic CNC knowledge, including milling and lathe programming.

You will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance and keep accurate records. Join a shop with training provided, benefits such as medical, EPF, SOCSO, and 5 working days.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in repairing electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic plus CNC Maintenance (repair & preventive maintenance) will be an added advantage.
• Diploma or Technical Certificate or equivalent.
• Possess basic knowledge of CNC machine
• Basic programming on both CNC Milling & Lathe

Responsibilities

• To conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for all machining production machineries.
• To support machining maintenance in monitoring and continually improves the maintenance system.
• Keep and maintain proper records for all maintenance issues.
• Continuously monitor the quality and yield of the operations and take corrective and preventive actions to ensure conformance.
• To ensure that all necessary fixtures, tools and related items for initial run are correctly set-up, using the given tool list.
• Support test cuts on new project (FA) and initial run parts. Ensure the correct NC program, Jigs fixture, Tools list and tool table are properly loaded at the appropriate machine to produce the correct part before the start production.
• To ensure machine Cycle Time, Tool life record and all engineering document are properly record and maintain according to plan.
• Support in any additional task as assigned by immediate superior.
