Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, with hands‑on experience in CNC Milling, Turning, or similar operations.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine operations, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of measurement tools and techniques (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Good problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety practices in a machining environment.
  • Relevant technical certifications in CNC machining or manufacturing are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines (Milling, Turning, etc.) based on technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure that parts are machined to the highest quality standards, meeting client specifications and tolerances.
  • Perform machine calibration, tool changes, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Monitor machine operations to detect any issues, making necessary adjustments to prevent defects.
  • Maintain and inspect tools, measuring instruments, and equipment to ensure precision.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
