• Operate CNC milling and/or turning machines according to approved CNC programs and work instructions.
• Load and unload workpieces, fixtures, tools, and materials correctly.
• Perform machine setup and basic tool offset adjustments according to instructions.
• Start, monitor, and stop machines safely during production.
• Monitor machining conditions, tool wear, coolant, and machine operation.
• Ensure the correct program, material, tools, fixture, and drawing revision are used before production.
• Follow the production schedule and achieve the required output and delivery targets.
